All sales of digital products (PDF downloads) are final.

  • Once purchased, digital items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

2. Hard Copy Products

Refunds or replacements for hard copy products are available only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To request a return, please email us with proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.
