A Message Not For the”Itchy” Ears. But for those willing to listen and heed, and not be offended!

2 Timothy 4:3-4

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.”

1 Corinthians 7:1-2

“Now concerning the things of which you wrote to me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.”

We repent Father for all broken marriage covenant/s and for the reasons that caused the decision to separate or divorce whether it be domestic violence and/or adultery. This dishonoured Your Word, dishonoured ourselves and our spouse/s, as the case may be, that caused division in the house, anxiety, fear and dread affecting the children who themselves have been tempted to judge and dishonour parents, affecting the way they view and fear marriage, opting for behaviours of promiscuity and bearing children outside of marriage, who faced outcomes of abandonment by their parents, children without their father’s name, where applicable or as the case may be, not knowing their biological parents and their identity easily believing the definition of self by self and others, not knowing their biological parents, not taught about the Truth as to Who they are and to Whom they truly belong. It is Jesus Who defines Who we are, not man.

We repent for the whole cycle of torment that besieged the bloodline living today and the children for generations after them as a result of broken marriage covenant. Let us not be ignorant in how the world views marriage mocking how sacred it is with demonically charged virtual entertainment productions that mocked marriage, sexualised the roles of husband and wives, made what is evil in same sex marriage to look good, with no mention of what Scripture says on this important subject close to God’s Heart.

We choose today to forgive our spouse for his part as the husband (male) and for her part as the wife (female), for each of our part in marriage breakup and divorce. As we forgive, Heavenly Father, forgive us and cleanse us by the Blood of Jesus. Show us in our bloodline today, how to honour the sanctity in marriage covenant from this day forth. Praise You Holy Spirit in instructions in righteousness that our behaviours and attitudes reflect our knowledge and love for You that overflows in married life and family You have given us to steward. Show us how to forgive and love our children even if they are dishonouring us in response to the times we dishonoured them in errant parenting. Show us how to commit ourselves fully to what we profess, that me and my house, we serve and honour the Lord our God at His Word.

Based on the evidence of our repentance and forgiveness Holy Spirit, remove by Your severe Sword the strongmen that fuelled the split in

marital love, caused the distance to come in loving intimacy, and planted seeds of discord in the partnership, causeing a breach between us and our Father. Repair the breach Father, caused by our disobedience to Your Word. And bring us back on track in our friendship, where You never left us, but it was we who distanced us from Your Word. This day as far as the east is from the west, there is no condemnation or guilt as Jesus took these to the Cross.

Breathe Your Breath Holy Spirit into every dead area of our being and bring Your Peace. Bring reconciliation if it is safe to do so. Let the flesh be buried on the Cross and transform us to do life in our re-birthed state in Christ Jesus. Bring blessings upon our children as we dedicate them anew to You. Be our Keeper, our Protector, our Provider in all we need, for You see our needs better than we can see ourselves. We honour You Father and Your Covenant by the Blood of Jesus Who speaks Life to us, as we fully surrender to Him in all things.
