Faith

Romans 3:9-18

"All Have Sinned

What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.

As it is written:

“There is none righteous, no, not one;

There is none who understands;

There is none who seeks after God.

They have all turned aside;

They have together become unprofitable;

There is none who does good, no, not one.”

“Their throat is an open tomb;

With their tongues they have practiced deceit”;

“The poison of asps is under their lips”;

“Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”

“Their feet are swift to shed blood;

Destruction and misery are in their ways;

And the way of peace they have not known.”

“There is no fear of God before their eyes.”

Romans 3:27-31

"Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law."

Thank You Father for the our humbling by Your Grace, to receive revelation that we must arise in faith, that our behaviours, our words are in alignment to Your Word. Let not our mouth be like an "open tomb". We repent for not walking in the Fear of God, and we have reneged on our pledge to profess Jesus, in our desire to be discipled in the ways of Jesus but show no evidence of a redeemed kind of life and way of living through faith.

Father let us be counted as the ones in faith, so that when Jesus returns, He shall find faith. You will not be looking for the greatest apostle that ever walked the earth, or the most admired prophet who has his name in neon lights, or the biggest church that has outshone Antioch, the church of Ephesus, Philadelphia or Smyrna. Jesus is looking for faith-filled, fruit producing, obedient, fully operational by His Spirit people who don't lean side-ways at every whim of doctrine out of fear of man.

Church let's get back on track in the destiny God wrote for His betrothed, for when the Bridegroom returns shall He indeed find faith? Shall He find a church operating in His Glory, who has no time for fear, doubt, hate, immorality, debauchery, promiscuity, easily seduced away, entertained by a world system like Babylon that Jesus made a spectacle of when He fulfilled prophecy.

Where do we run to for help when we arrive at a Red Sea moment? Who deals with our too hard baskets, or the secret filing cabinets we filed away that occasionally come back to haunt and bite us? Let's go to the One who makes rivers in the deserts and roadways in the wilderness. Let's go to the One Who went to the Cross to pay in full the ransom on our heads, and left the bounty hunter without his bounty. We have become the fearless, for what has faith got in common with fear? When we catch this Fire of the Holy Spirit, we are unstoppable and the enemy is running scared with his tail between his legs.

Praise God in it all, in all things, in every given situation that we count as joy, because of His Presence in it and with us, on all counts and on all fronts.

Luke 18:708

"And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find FAITH on the earth?”
