This Scripture Romans 8:36 appeared like a neon light during my sleep time, so I knew the Lord would have me focus on it in prayer today.
Romans 8
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written:
“For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Heavenly Father, You have spoken and made known to us, your undeniable love for us. Praise You that in the midst of much tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril or sword, by Your Grace being our sufficiency, we are more than conquerors over such things, having been tested and trialed like sheep for the slaughter we are empowered to withstand it, and stand.
Father You have cut Your irrevocable Covenant, so amazing You are beholding to Your Promises to never leave or abandon us. By Your mighty right arm You save us, by Your Standard You battle for us to rescue us, by Your Word we wield the Fire of God weaponising us in faith, spurred on by Your love, never giving up through knowing Your thoughts for us, is to have a hope and a future, encouraged, equipped for every good work, to be called trees of righteousness, the planting by You that You may be glorified.
Thank You and praise You for Your steadfastness in love, that You might unravel it more and more as we search You out, hungry for the more.
